I introduced a memorial focusing on reproductive health services for injured and disabled veterans. A memorial is a formal recognition by the Idaho Legislature that calls upon Congress to take particular action on an issue. My memorial asks Congress to take steps forward to provide fertility treatment and other reproductive health services to Idaho combat injured veterans; something that isn't already provided.
